About Us
Hi, I'm Wendy, and my husband is Bill. Together we have 8 children, and 9 grandchildren. We both work for Department of Corrections and Bill's been serving in the Army for 25 years.
How did we get into breeding?
With our careers, we learned Boston's are amazing emotional support animals. They sense when you are having a bad day, not feeling well, and they have a way of making you feel better. This is the personality traits we breed for, hoping other's can benefit from our Boston's
What makes us different from other breeders?
- We put our dogs' health and happiness above anything else. We work hand and hand with our Veterinarian and always follow through with whatever they advise. They are not just dogs to us. They are members of our family, loved and cared for, as if they were our children. They are my heart and soul.
- We health test all our dogs. We do everything we humanly can, to make sure we provide only the best quality of health possible, for our families. This ensures families get many years together with their Boston's.
- We ONLY breed for very specific personality traits. My Boston Terriers are more calm, mellow, and snuggly. Our dogs love to play fetch in the yard, go for walks, but mostly they want to snuggle with their humans. This makes our Bostons the best companions for seniors, persons with disabilities, military families, families with small children, and perfect for apartment life.
- My Boston's are the best for ADA Emotional Support Animals or ADA Service Dogs. We specifically breed to get these traits.
- MOST IMPORTANT and I cannot stress this enough, my Boston's live in our home as members of our family. They are not kept in kennel runs outside our home, or in a facility. They are not locked in a separate room or have a separate part of our house. They live harmoniously with our family.
We take the time to train our Boston's. This means they know to do their business outside, have manners inside, and how to behave in general.
Socializing
All this training builds the foundation to a better dog.
Socialized, and bonded to my family as Boston Terriers should be. Boston's need to be close to humans. They are a breed that thrives with humans and broken when they are deprived of this.
